Where are you located?
We are located in Newcastle, Australia and all items will be sent from our HQ* via Australia Post.
(*just a fancy way of saying our home) 
Within Australia: 
Postage costs are always such a dampener so we have kept our shipping prices as low as possible and taken up a certain amount of these costs so that what you see in your finalised cart will only please! 
We ship worldwide via Australia post airmail. Postage usually takes 6~12 working days though usually sooner. If you require faster postage, please contact us for an accurate quote. Shipping prices from Australia are one of the most expensive in all the world so we've taken the sting out of theses costs by covering a portion of them so that you don't have to bang out extra money for your items to deliver safely to you.
Orders from Australia require a declaration of valuation for customs. The customer (you) is therefore responsible for any duty/taxes that may apply when it arrives in your country.
After your item is posted, Allyuna is no longer responsible for your items. Please make sure to check with your local post office for any delayed shipments.

Please note that it often can take a few days for any details to be logged about your parcel. PLEASE do make sure to keep track, especially overseas customers as a lot of parcels are going 'missing' when really theyre waiting in the post office for collection but no notice has gone to the customer. Its become a frequent occurrence, unfortunately.

Do you have a physical shop? Are wholesale opportunities available?

We are both online and sell at Markets within Newcastle, The Hunter Valley and Central Coast. Wholesale is most definitely available on all items. Please use the contact tab to enquire; we would love to hear from you.
Do you offer returns/refunds?
Sorry, but we do not offer returns or refunds for any items unless damaged upon arrival. If your item does show up damaged you will need to contact us within 48 hours. If you have any questions/queries, please ask us before placing your order via the 'contact' page and we will do our best to provide you with all the info you need to place your order in confidence.
How do I care for my Allyuna jewellery?
We would suggest treating your jewels with care and keeping all plated jewellery out of contact with water, perfumes and moisturisers which will prolong the life of your piece and help keep the colours remain intact. 
All our crystals come cleansed but its always a great idea to cleanse them upon arrival and connect them with your own energy and intention.
